Songbox started with a problem I couldn't believe nobody had fixed.

I spent years writing, recording and touring, from sweaty Glasgow venues to signing a major-label deal and making records in Los Angeles.

And wherever the music took me, one problem kept following me around: sharing unreleased music professionally was a mess.

You'd send a file or a link and immediately wonder:

Songbox grew from that frustration.

We wanted a better way to share music privately, understand what happened after it was sent, and keep everything organised without making the process feel like enterprise software.

So we built it.
