Publish, hide and archive Songboxes
Control whether a Songbox is live, tucked away, or kept for later.
You decide when a Songbox is live and how it's organised in your account. You manage all of this from the main menu under Songboxes — each Songbox has these options, and you can select several to act on at once.
Publish
Publishing makes a Songbox live so its link works for recipients. You can publish a single Songbox or several at once.
Unpublish or hide
Unpublishing takes a Songbox offline so the link no longer opens. Hiding tucks it out of your main list without deleting it.
Archive
Archiving keeps a finished Songbox for your records while clearing it out of your active view. You can unarchive it later if you need it again.
