An invite link isn't working
Invitations can expire or already be used — a fresh invite fixes it.
If an invitation won't open, it's usually because it's no longer valid. Here's what's going on and how to fix it.
Common reasons
- It's expired — invites don't last forever. After a while they stop working.
- It's already been used — some invites are meant for a single person and won't open a second time.
- The wrong email — an email invitation expects the address it was sent to.
The fix
Ask the person who invited you to send a new invitation. From their side, they can resend or generate a fresh invite link in a moment.
