I joined a team but my dashboard looks empty

Joining a team gives you access to the artists and catalogues you've been added to — but you need to be viewing the right one.

Switch to the right artist

If your dashboard looks empty after joining, use the artist switcher to choose the artist whose music you expect to see. Songbox shows one artist's catalogue at a time, so an empty view usually just means you're looking at a different (or brand-new) workspace.

Still nothing there?

• Check with the person who invited you that you've been given access to the right artist.
• If you were invited to work on specific artists, make sure those have been assigned to you.

Once you select the correct artist, their tracks and Songboxes will appear.
