Scheduling a post
Choose Live, Draft or Scheduled — and pick exactly when a post goes out.
Every post has a status that decides when it goes out. New posts default to Live, so the simplest thing is just to publish.
The three options
- Live — publishes straight away and is visible to your audience.
- Draft — saved privately so only you can see it; nothing is sent until you publish.
- Scheduled — pick a date and time, and the post goes live automatically then. Your followers are emailed at that moment, not before.
Scheduling tips
Scheduling is handy for lining up a release-day announcement or keeping a steady rhythm of posts. A scheduled post stays hidden from your shop until its time arrives, and you can edit or reschedule it any time before then.
