Why isn't there a free tier

You might not know it, but all the other big audio platforms you're aware of are backed by (hundreds of) millions of dollars in venture capital investment. Even more shockingly, most of them run their business at a financial loss for many years before they turn a profit.

Remaining fiercely independent and on the side of the artist means - for now - we cannot operate a free tier.
