Restrict playlists by country

You can now restrict a shared playlist by country. Choose which countries are allowed, and anyone who opens the link from anywhere else sees a friendly "Not available in your region" page instead of the player.

It lives with your other privacy controls in a playlist's Privacy & Security settings, right beside password, PIN, email lock, view limits and expiry. Add countries with one-tap presets (United States, UK & Ireland, European Union) or search for any country by name. Leave it empty and nothing changes: your playlist stays open to everyone.

A few things worth knowing. It works at the country level. Genuine listeners are never blocked if their location cannot be read, so you will not accidentally lock out someone you meant to reach. And because location comes from the internet connection, it is a strong deterrent rather than a hard vault, so pair it with a password or email lock when you need to lock things down further.
