Nothing happens when I click download
Usually the file is still being prepared, or your browser blocked the download.
A download that doesn't seem to start is usually one of a few simple things.
Give it a moment
We prepare your file (or bundle several into one) before the download begins. For larger downloads this can take a few seconds — wait a moment before trying again.
Check your browser
- Some browsers block downloads or pop-ups by default — allow them for Songbox and try again.
- If you're downloading several tracks, make sure you've selected at least one.
- Try once more from a refreshed page, or in a different browser.
If a download still won't start, get in touch and let us know what you were trying to download.
