Notification preferences
Decide which emails, texts and push messages you receive.
You choose how Songbox keeps you informed.
Email and SMS
From the main menu, open Account, then the Notifications tab, where you can control which email and text updates you receive — for example when activity happens on your Songboxes.
Push notifications
If you use a companion app, you can manage push notifications there too. Update your preferences whenever you want to hear more or less from us.
Note that some essential messages — like security and billing notices — are always sent so you don't miss anything important.
