Cancel your subscription

Keep access until the end of your billing period, after which your account returns to free.

You can cancel whenever you like. Cancelling happens in your secure billing portal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How to cancel, step by step

  1. Sign in and open your account Settings.
  2. Find the Your Subscription section. (You can also reach this from your Membership and billing page.)
  3. Click Manage Your Plan. This opens your billing portal in a secure window.
  4. In the billing portal, choose Cancel plan and confirm.

Once you confirm, we'll show you the date your access runs until.

What happens next

  • You keep full access until the end of your current billing period — you've paid for it, so you can use it.
  • After that date, your account returns to the free plan and your shared Songboxes stop working for recipients.

If you're still on a free trial

If you haven't added a card yet, there's nothing to cancel — your trial simply ends on its own and you won't be charged. The "Manage Your Plan" option appears once you have an active paid subscription.

Changed your mind?

If you cancel and then want to stay, you can resume before the period ends, or re-subscribe afterwards — see Resume or restart your subscription.
