Delete your account
How to close your account, and what happens to your music when you do.
You can close your Songbox account whenever you wish. Because this is permanent, we ask you to confirm before it goes ahead.
Before you delete
- Deleting your account is permanent — your tracks, Songboxes and access will no longer be available.
- If you only want to stop paying, you may prefer to cancel your subscription instead — see Cancel your subscription.
- Download anything you want to keep first.
How to delete
- From the main menu, open Account, then the Profile tab, and choose Delete My Account.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account.
- We'll ask for a little feedback — it's optional, but it helps us improve.
