Pause your subscription
Take a break without losing your account — you're not charged while paused.
If you need a break but aren't ready to leave, you can pause your subscription. While it's paused, you won't be charged.
Pause it
From the main menu, open Account, then the Subscription tab, and click Manage Your Plan to open your billing portal, where you can pause. We'll confirm that you won't be charged again until you re-activate.
Coming back
Resume whenever you're ready, and your subscription picks back up. Pausing is a gentler option than cancelling if you simply need some time.
