Restrict access and invite people by email
Lock a Songbox to specific people and invite them by email address.
Restricting a Songbox means only the people you invite can open it. Here's how to set it up.
Turn on restricted access
From the main menu, open Songboxes, open the Songbox, go to its access settings, and switch it to restricted.
Invite people
- Add the email addresses of the people you want to let in — one at a time, or several together.
- Send the invites. Each person receives a link to the Songbox.
What your recipients see
When an invited person opens the link, they confirm their email and enter a one-time PIN we send them. Once verified, their device is trusted so they can return without repeating the steps. See How recipients verify with a PIN.
You stay in control: you can revoke or restore access for any recipient whenever you like.
