My track has no waveform or tags yet
Waveforms and suggested tags are created automatically after upload and appear once they are ready.
This is normal right after uploading. Both the waveform and the suggested tags are created for you automatically, and they appear once that processing finishes.
Why it takes a moment
When you upload a track, we generate its waveform and analyse it to suggest genre, mood and other tags. This runs in the background. For a single track it is usually quick; if you have just uploaded a lot of tracks, the queue can take longer.
What to do
- Wait a little while, then refresh the page — the waveform and tags should appear.
- Your track is fully usable in the meantime: you can still add it to a Songbox and share it.
If a waveform still hasn't appeared after a good while, you can trigger it again from the track's options, or contact us.
