My trial ended and I've lost access

Add a payment card to pick up your subscription and restore access.

If your trial has finished and you can't get into everything any more, it's because no active subscription is in place yet. The fix is to add a card.

Restore your access

  1. Sign in — we'll guide you to set your subscription up.
  2. Choose your plan and add a payment card.
  3. Once payment goes through, your access is restored.

Good to know

  • Your content hasn't gone anywhere — it's waiting in your account for when you subscribe.
  • If you were a paying customer and a payment failed, you don't need to start over — just update your card. See What happens when a payment fails.
